DEOs (Data Entry Operators) in Odisha are hardworking individuals who have been serving in PACS/LAMPCS for many years. Almost all of the work in these organizations is carried out by DEOs. However, the government departments continue to neglect their contributions. DEOs play an essential role in assisting farmers' families and PACS members, but they are not recognized as permanent staff in PACS/LAMPCS.

These dedicated workers tirelessly serve day and night, ensuring the smooth functioning of PACS and LAMPCS, yet they are not granted permanent employee status.

Our Demand is that the DEO posts be included in the HR policy of the Odisha Cooperation Department, recognizing DEOs as permanent staff and providing them with the appropriate benefits and compensation for their invaluable service.

Our Aim: Our aim is to ensure that the hard work and contributions of DEOs are properly recognized and rewarded. By including the DEO posts in the HR policy, we aim to provide a fair and sustainable work environment that not only enhances the welfare of DEOs but also improves the overall effectiveness of PACS/LAMPCS in serving Odisha’s farmers and communities
